As you all may or may not know, a couple weeks ago I had a very eventful *to say the least* Monday. I totaled my car but my passenger and I are okay! I was without a car all week and had to catch rides to school, work, etc. Huge thanks to everyone who helped me out!! It was a week full of stress until the weekend, my mom and I were able to pick up a vehicle that was purchased for my little sister, who just happened to wreck her car 3 days before me and I drove that until Monday. The day we went to pick it up we looked at about 7 different dealerships. I had been looking at vehicles online and knew I wanted something SUV like. I found my self gravitating towards a Ford Edge, so much that I pretty much was set on it and it was what I *thought* I wanted . I found one on the Billion’s site, but it was in Sioux City.
I wanted to make sure that I had explored all my options before purchasing my vehicle. My mom and I agreed to look at Billions in Sioux Falls before heading down to Sioux City. We got to Sioux Falls around 9 a.m. and we stopped at the Billions Ford and Chrysler, they didn’t have anything that either I liked or was in my budget, so we went to the next dealership. Billions Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and we were instantly set up with a salesman who was so helpful. His name was Chris. Chris had sat us down and we looked at the website together. He wanted me to test drive a Honda and was going to head out and grab it but must have noticed me looking at the Dodge Journey in the showroom on his way out because he brought up that instead. We test drove it and I instantly knew I liked it, even more than the Edge that I had my heart set on. Being cautious though, I test drove 2 other vehicles that day and ended up picking the Journey. 4:30 p.m. rolls around and I FINALLY was done car shopping and it was such a relief. I hope I don’t have to shop for a vehicle again for a while because it was so tiring. Overall I am very happy with my decision. People ask me if I miss my Cruze and my answer is no, because I love my Journey more!
